TEMPERATURE MONITORING

Temperature will be taken before each shift.

WEARING PPE SAFETY EQUIPMENT

Wearing personal protective equipment such as masks and gloves will be worn by the team when required.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

We will practice social distancing by staying 1.5 meters apart during check-in and check-out. We will be limiting the number of people in the clinic.  For safety we ask you please attend your appointment alone.

LOTS OF MEDICAL GRADE DEEP CLEANING

Before and after every visit we will be cleaning door handles, beds, counters, treatment machines, iPads, and products. Following strict sterilisation protocols on all our equipment, thorough daily cleaning of all high touch areas with high grade disinfectant, including reception surfaces, door handles, and treatment areas

Where possible you may book your appointment online or give us a call. You can also access pre-appointment information online before you come into clinic.

If you’re unwell or have been exposed to COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment..

CHECK-IN PROCESS

Please make sure to arrive for your appointment on time, so we can take you straight through.  When you arrive in clinic, we will provide you with hand sanitiser upon entry and will go over our safety guidelines together.

HEALTH SCREENING

We will conduct a health screening Q+A and temperature check.

CHECK-OUT PROCESS

Check out process can be completed inside the treatment room, you may pay via phone or while practicing safe distancing. Let us know if you become unwell after visiting the clinic; and as always, let us know if you have any adverse affects from your treatment.
