Cancellation and Refund Policy


Body Sculpting Clinics has a strict no refund policy on purchases if you change your mind whether these programs are paid in full or, in the event that your circumstances change, or if you choose to discontinue treatments.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Treatments/services cannot be transferred to other individuals or clinics.
  • For any cancellation notice we require a minimum of 48 hours notice.
  • If you, no show, reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
  • If this is a prepaid treatments, you will be forfeiting this treatment.
  • Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • Deposits paid for consultations are non-refundable.

Pre-paid Treatments

  • If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals, treatment areas or clinics.
  • Pre-pays have a 12 month expiry date (less than 10 treatments) or an 18 month expiry date (10 or more treatments).
  • The 48 hours’ notice period is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 48 hours, or do not attend the appointment, your treatment will be forfeited.
  • We don’t refund for change of mind.
  • We offer complimentary consultations in order to provide you with the information regarding our treatments and products, while all due care and skill is exercised in treating our clients ultimately it is your responsibility to determine if the product or treatment is right for you.
  • It is important that you provide Body Sculpting Clinics with all the information requested in completing your consent forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments.
  • Please note you also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatments.
  • We encourage you to work with our therapist or health professional on what you can achieve with your treatment.
  • You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.

Cosmetic Injectables

  • Please note a strict cancellation policy applies on all our cosmetic injectables treatments.
  • Non surgical butt lift and cellulite treatments, a strict 72 hour cancellation policy for these appointments applies. If you cancel, reschedule or do not attend the appointment within 72 hours, your treatment will be immediately forfeited. This is because the product is reconstituted and specially formulated for the patient 72 hours prior to treatment and there are no exceptions.
  • Minimum of $50 deposit is required for all cosmetic injectables consultations prior to the appointment being confirmed, this is redeemable on purchase or added to your account for future treatments if you decide not to go ahead with your procedure.  If you no show to your appointment or reschedule within 48 hours your $50 deposit will be forfeited.
  • Cosmetic injection treatments cannot be pre-paid, other than Cellulite and Non-Surgical Butt Lift treatments where our Medical Practitioner will advise prior to treatment on the amount of product required, the treatment is then specially formulated 72 hours prior to the treatment.
  • Please note a strict cancellation policy applies to Cellulite and Non-Surgical Butt Lift cosmetic injectables. Appointments cancelled, missed or changed without 72 hours’ notice will forfeited, there are no exceptions.
  • Bookings must be made in advance.
  • Cosmetic injection clients must be deemed medically fit and suitable for treatment, following a consultation with one of our injectors.
  • No refunds or guarantees can be made concerning the expected results. Several treatments may be necessary to complete the treatment.
  • The price per area treated will depend on the number of units required and the product used.
  • For Lip Enhancement, the price is based on 1ml of specially selected dermal filler.
  • For legal reasons, the product names cannot be used in advertising. Please contact one of our injectors at our clinics for details.
  • Products purchased in a package can only be used in one appointment.
  • Packages cannot be split over appointments
  • Clients may require less or more units to treat the selected area. If a client requires more than the maximum number of units to treat the selected areas, additional payment will be required.
  • No refunds or reduction in price will be allowed if a client purchases a package but does not, or cannot safely, use all of the product units in the package in the one appointment.
  • The number of units actually administered will solely be at the discretion of the medical practitioner prescribing the product.
  • All treatment packages purchased with multiple areas cannot be split over separate appointments.
  • You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.
