The term ‘Body Sculpting Clinics’ or ‘BSC’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website, Body Sculpting Clinics, and entities within the Body Sculpting Clinics group. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website, or the client as the context requires.

No information on the site is provided with the intention to give Medical Advice or Dietary Advice. Our treatments are best combined with a healthy balanced diet and exercise.
The examples, predictions, and results offered on this website vary from individual to individual. Results take time. They can be seen in as little as 6 weeks. The time may vary depending on each individual 8 to 12 weeks is a typical example. Results are affected by a number of factors, diet and exercise play an important part in the health and well being of a patient and in the maintenance of their body shape. Results will also vary purely based on the general makeup of each patient and whether they have had surgery previously and additional treatments may be required.
Whilst all due care and skill is exercised in treating our clients ultimately it is your responsibility to determine if the product or treatment is right for you.
In order for us to provide you with a great service and outcome of your treatment it is important that you provide all information requested in completing consent forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments. You also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatment.
It is important you attend your nominated review appointment so that we can track and measure your results accurately.
You agree to provide us with any information requested by us so we can assess your issues, this includes the provision of photographs. If you refused our request for information it will impact on our ability to assist you.

Terms and Conditions- Standard Pre-Pay Packages and Treatments:

The savings specified for each package are calculated on the normal per treatment price and not pre-paid prices.
Clients may purchase as many pre-pay packages as they like, however, payment must be made upfront in full and the terms of our refund policy apply.
The full amount of the package is payable prior to the commencement of any treatments.
Bookings must be made for each treatment within the package.
Appointments cancelled, missed or changed without 48 hours’ notice will be taken and deducted from the client’s package.
A Body Sculpting Therapist will advise clients on the recommended time frames for each treatment within the package purchased, however, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure they book in their treatments in advance so that there are available appointments.
All treatments within the pre-pay packages must be redeemed at the clinic the pre-pay package was originally purchased.
All pre-pay packages have a 12-month expiry on the redemption of treatments.
If we believe that additional treatments will reach the desired result, we will advise the client prior to the purchase of additional treatments.
Client’s need to follow all the after care protocols recommended by the Body Sculpting Therapist. This may include Skin Genius MD skincare and dietary guidelines.
Pre-pay discounts are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
No guarantees can be made concerning the expected results. Several treatments may be necessary to complete the treatment.

Terms and Conditions – 50% Off Your First Treatment:

- The client must be a Body Sculpting Clinics first time client.
- Discount on full priced treatments and services only (single session and dual-zone single sessions only).
- Photo ID required.
- No further discounts apply.
- Limit of 1 treatment – cannot prepay.
- Bookings must be made and the promotion must be mentioned prior to payment being made.
- This offer may be withdrawn at any time and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- This offer does not apply for pre-pay package discounts.
- This offer does not apply for cosmetic injectables.
- Appointments cancelled, missed or changed without 48 hours’ notice will be deemed to have been taken and deducted from the client’s package.

Terms and Conditions – for Cosmetic Injections:

A $50 non refundable deposit is required in advance for all cosmetic injection treatment bookings with a Registered Nurse.
A $150 non refundable deposit is required in advance for all cosmetic injection booking with a Cosmetic Physician.
The deposit charged can vary between clinic, and will go towards your treatment if you decide to go ahead on the day.
Cosmetic injection treatments cannot be pre-paid, other than Cellulite and Non-Surgical Butt Lift treatments where our Medical Practitioner will advise prior to treatment on the amount of product required, the treatment is then specially formulated 72 hours prior to the treatment.
Please note a strict cancellation policy applies to Cellulite and Non-Surgical Butt Lift cosmetic injectables. Appointments cancelled, missed or changed without 72 hours’ notice will forfeited, there are no exceptions.
Bookings must be made in advance.
Cosmetic injection clients must be deemed medically fit and suitable for treatment, following a consultation with one of our injectors.
No refunds or guarantees can be made concerning the expected results. Several treatments may be necessary to complete the treatment.
The price per area treated will depend on the number of units required and the product used.
For Lip Enhancement, the price is based on 1ml of specially selected dermal filler.
For legal reasons, the product names cannot be used in advertising. Please contact one of our injectors at our clinics for details.
Products purchased in a package can only be used in one appointment.
Packages cannot be split over appointments
Clients may require less or more units to treat the selected area. If a client requires more than the maximum number of units to treat the selected areas, additional payment will be required.

Pricing of 1 unit at $3.95 per unit
Clients may require less or more units to treat the selected area.
If a client requires more than the maximum number of units to treat the selected areas, additional payment will be required.The number of units actually administered will solely be at the discretion of the medical practitioner prescribing the product.
No refunds or reduction in price will be allowed if a client purchases a package but does not, or cannot safely, use all of the product units in the package in the one appointment.

Terms and Conditions – Before and After Campaign:

Body Sculpting Clinics would like to collect and process:
Photographic images; and (b) video recordings; and (c) audio recordings; and (d) written testimonials (“the Material”) from you for the purpose of creating educational and promotional material.
To the extent that this material contains information about your medical diagnosis and treatment, it would be regarded as sensitive data, which by law requires your explicit consent to allow us to process it.
If chosen to participate in this campaign you will be required to sign a talent release form, which is a legal consent form by which you will confirm that the person named in the release notice has agreed to the publication of the Material by Body Sculpting Clinics both now and in the future.
You agree that you will follow the recommended treatment plan, outlined to you by your Body Sculpting Clinic’s therapist, and you will remain within 1kg range of your original recorded weight until the end of your treatment program and for the purpose of your photos. If you do not, BSC has the right to request the monies that have been outlined in the treatment plan and charge you the full treatment plan pricing.
By signing the release you agree that BSC may use the material for promotional and informational purposes.
You grant BSC the right to use the material on its websites and in publications for use in its clinics and generally, which may include, but is not limited to media, posters, newsletters and newspapers, catalogues, video collages, etc.
You grant BSC the right to disclose the Material to third parties and media.
You understand BSC may, and has the right to, crop and/or collage the material with others and understand that the material may be transmitted over the internet.
You agree that by signing the form, you release and forever discharge BSC, its agents, officers and employees, from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the material, including but not limited to, any and all claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or financial compensation and you waive all moral rights that you may have in the material.

At Body Sculpting Clinics will beat any major competitor’s current advertised price, providing it is the same treatment using the same equipment or the following brands: Coolsculpting, CoolTech, CLATUU, Cirstal, Cool Shape. To benefit from our price promise, the competitor must be within a 25km radius of Body Sculpting Clinic. The price promise applies to all Permanent Fat Reduction, Skin Tightening, and Medical Grade Cellulite Treatments. Our price promise does not apply to Mesoestetics or Skin Genius MD skincare.
Clients must provide proof of the competitor’s cheaper price and we reserve the right to contact the competitor to ensure the price is correct and still valid. Using the Price Promise, clients may only purchase the same number of treatments as advertised by the competitor, otherwise, clients may only purchase 1 treatment at the discounted price. The Price Promise discount will not be applied where the products and/or treatments have already been paid for or received.
The Price Promise does not apply to offers made by competitors on group buying, discount or coupon websites.

PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – BIRTHDAY SALE PROMOTION (2024): These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the Birthday Sale Promotion (“Birthday Sale”) for selected treatments (“Treatments”) offered by participating clinics (“Clinics”) as described below. By participating in this Birthday Sale, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Promotion Period:
1.The Birthday Sale will commence on September 03, 2024, and run for a limited period of time.
The sale prices are applicable only during this specified period.

Participating Selected Treatments and Prepay Prices:
Fat Freezing (Cryolipolysis): – Prepay for 6 or more Fat Freezing treatments at $166 per treatment (normally $499 per treatment).Minimum of 2 cycles in 1 area. 1 treatment = 1 applicator. 1 session = 2 applicators excluding double chin procedures.
HIFU Full Face Dermal Rejuvenation (Hollywood Lift):- Prepay for 2 or more HIFU Full Face Dermal Rejuvenation treatments at $349 per treatment (normally $499 per treatment).
EMBODY Muscle Sculpting:– Prepay for 4 or more EMBODY Muscle Sculpting sessions at $99 per session (normally $249 per session).
LED Light Treatment: Enjoy unlimited 15-minute Express LED Light Treatments for $25 per week over 12 weeks, totaling $300. Payment is required upfront. The treatment starts immediately upon purchase and cannot be paused, delayed, or extended. Please note, if a facial cleanse is needed before your session, a $59 add-on cleanse fee will apply.
Eligibility:
1.The Birthday Sale is open to individuals aged 18 years and above.
2.Participants must prepay for the selected Treatment during the Birthday Sale period to avail the discounted Birthday Sale price.
3.You must prepay to be eligible for the discount.
Booking and Payment:
1. Appointments for the selected Treatment must be booked in advance.
2. The Birthday Sale price must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure the discounted rate.
3. Appointments are subject to availability at the participating Clinics.
4. No limit to how many prepay can be purchased once the minimum threshold has been reached per treatment.

Treatment Redemption:
1.The selected Treatment must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase.
2.Participants must present valid proof of purchase at the Clinic at the time of the Treatment.
3.The treatment plan must be followed as prescribed by the therapist.
4.The treatments must be redeemed at the clinic location where originally purchased.
5.Bookings must be made for each treatment purchased.
6.Promotion is not available for Cosmetic Injectable Treatments, Skin Genius Products or any DMK Product or treatments.

Non-Transferable and Non-Exchangeable:
1.The Birthday Sale prices are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other services.
2.The Birthday Sale prices are exclusively applicable to the specified Treatments during the Birthday Sale period.
3.Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, including but not limited to the 50% off first treatment offer or any discounts offered by third parties.
4.Bookings must be made, and the promotion must be mentioned prior to payment being made.

All payments made under the Birthday Sale are final, and refunds are not available for any prepaid Treatments unless required by law.

The Birthday Sale discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases or bookings made outside of the promotional period.

Changes and Cancellations:
1.Changes to Treatment appointments are subject to availability and must be made within the Clinic’s policies.
2.Cancellations may be subject to the Clinic’s cancellation policy.
3.Appointments canceled, missed, or changed without 48 hours’ notice will be deemed to have been taken and deducted from the client’s package.
4.All payments must be made in full, and the terms of our refund policy apply.
5.Prepaid treatments will expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
6.Sale prices are final and subject to our refund policy.

Medical Considerations:
1.Participants must undergo a preliminary medical assessment to determine their suitability for the selected Treatment. The Clinic’s medical professionals will make the final decision on the participant’s eligibility for the Treatment, and the Clinic reserves the right to refuse Treatment if deemed unsuitable.
2.Patients will be required to attend their 12-week milestone, and additional treatments may be required.
3. All Treatments offered under the Birthday Sale are subject to individual variability. Results may vary from person to person, and no guarantees are made regarding the expected outcomes of any Treatment.

Liability:
1.The Clinic shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to participants arising out of or in connection with the Birthday Sale or the Treatment.
2.Participants undertake the Treatment at their own risk and release the Clinic, its employees, and agents from any liability in connection with the Treatment.

Participants are responsible for following all booking procedures and aftercare instructions as advised by the Clinic. Failure to comply with these instructions may adversely affect treatment outcomes, for which the Clinic will not be liable.

Data and Marketing:
1.By participating in the Birthday Sale, participants consent to the Clinic using their contact details for future marketing purposes.
2.The Clinic respects participants’ privacy and will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.

General:
1.These Terms constitute the entire agreement between participants and the Clinic regarding the Birthday Sale and the Treatments.
2.The Clinic’s decisions regarding any aspect of the Birthday Sale, including eligibility and Treatment availability, shall be final and binding.
3. Promotion is not available on cosmetic injectables, skin care products including Profhilo or Skin Genius MD range.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Birthday Sale shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.

By participating in the Birthday Sale, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not participate in the Birthday Sale.

Terms and Conditions – EMBODY by BTL Aesthetics One Free Session(2022):

Clients are entitled to strictly one session of Embody valued at $249 in the Body Sculpting Clinics network.
You must be 18 years or older.
You must attend an initial complimentary consultation so we can run through the treatment with you and check your medical history, ensuring there are no contraindications and you are medically fit for treatment.
Clients must be deemed medically fit and suitable for treatment, following a consultation with one of our therapists.
It is up to the treating therapist to deem if you are fit for treatment, and has the right to refuse treatment if there are any underlying conditions that may impact your session.
Must be used in the same area and treatment plan must be followed which has be prescribed by the therapist.
There is no limit on the number of treatments that can be pre-purchased however the pre-pay policy on use and redemption applies.
